Kerri Lee has spent over 20 years working across the high-growth eco-system, from co-founding her own start-up (sold to Microsoft in 2007), through to working in some of Australia's leading tech businesses, including Intelematics and Aconex. For the last 5 years she has been leading the technical investment/venture capital in a family office, now managing a fund of over $100m in equity investments and sits on the Boards of several high-growth companies.
An alumnae of the SBE Australia by Springboard Enterprises Program in 2000, she has been the Chair of the female-focused entrepreneurs network since 2018 and has been involved since the early days of the program in Australia. She is engaged with over 225 female entrepreneurs across the country helping them with the investment and acquisition opportunities they are reviewing. She is also on the Investment Committee for the Alice Anderson Fund and on the Advisory Board of Invest Victoria, both State Government Innovation Investment initiatives.

Jim is a creative and experienced business leader who has worked for more than 30 years in global sales leadership and chief marketing officer roles. Currently Jim is a business advisor and mentor to owners and founders through Little Fish to BIG Fish. He works with a range of tech companies and manufacturers – from start-up to enterprise – as an experienced and highly connected leadership, business strategy and innovation resource. He has previously worked in the US, Europe and Asia, holding global leadership positions with BEA Systems, IBM, JWT, StepStone ASA and Micro Focus PLC. He was also a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Rampersand VC. Jim is originally from Glasgow and is now based in Melbourne and North-East Victoria.

Bill is the owner and CEO of Market Momentum Pty Ltd, which was established in 2011 to assist early stage technology companies to increase momentum, penetration and corporate professionalism. Market Momentum focuses on developing and supporting the founders in their personal, leadership and management development as their business scales. Bill has worked closely with over 40 start-ups from Australia, US and Canada over the last 10 years.
Prior to establishing Market Momentum, Bill was a senior executive in the high tech industry for 20 years working across the Asia Pacific region holding a variety of roles including Vice-President Asia Pacific, Managing Director, Sales and Marketing Director. Bill has strong experience in building and leading high performance teams to execute market creation and revenue goals.
Bill Qualified as a Chartered Accountant and worked in that field with KPMG before moving into the computing industry. Bill has served on a range of government research and early stage company boards over the last 20 years. Bill was in the founding team that established SBE Australia and served on the founding board for over five years.

Nailia is an experienced CFO and Corporate Secretary with over 20 years’ experience in the tech and start up industry. Her passion lies in helping business grow and achieve their maximum potential. She is highly skilled in Business Planning, Risk Management, Managerial Finance, and Business Development. While running her Sydney-based accountancy practice, she also worked as a consultant for a major accounting software company. Nailia holds an MBA from Griffith University, specialising in banking, corporate, finance, and securities law and is an Australian Securities Commission Agent and registered tax agent with the Tax Practitioners Board.
