The in-Person Evolve is a 2 week program

Including 2days of in person sessions and a pitch event.

The virtual Evolve is an 8 week program
Including 2 x 2 hour sessions per week for a total of 4 contact hours.

Content session

Each week our experienced facilitator will guide you through the building blocks of successful venture creation, including your ideal customer, the size of your market opportunity, your value proposition, technology and customer experience, business milestones, IP, and your equity.

Pitch Session

The second weekly session will be your opportunity to pitch an aspect of your business to one of our trusted network partners. You will receive real time, constructive feedback from our experienced experts which will allow you to continually refine and hone your messaging and commercialisation strategy.

Weekly Office Hours

Your opportunity to connect with your facilitator and fellow founders, ask questions, debrief, and dive deeper into the content.

The Final Pitch

The program culminates will an exciting final pitch event, where you will have the opportunity to present your big ambitious vision for your business to a panel of experts and investors. You will receive insightful and actionable recommendations to supercharge your success.

By the end of Explore, you will have a thorough understanding of what it takes to turn an idea into a business. You will learn how to work to a lean startup model, as well as forecasting, budgeting, customer acquisition, marketing, and how to fund your future growth.

THE SBE EVOLVE PROGRAM

Are you ready to take your business to the next level? Evolve is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and networks you need to successfully scale your business. This program is delivered in two formats, in person for 3 days or over the course of 8 weeks in our virtual program. During this short period of time we will unleash your ambition, build your confidence, and set you up to build a truly impactful business.

The Evolve program is an opportunity to accelerate the pace of your business growth. Over 8 weeks, you will gain strategies and skills that will allow you to move forward with confidence and clarity.

We do this by delivering industry-leading content and exposing you to our enviable network of investors, industry experts, mentors and advisors. In addition, you are provided with weekly opportunities to pitch your business and receive insightful and objective feedback that will help shape your strategy. Many Evolve graduates have gone on to close successful capital raises by using the pitch practice and techniques they learn in our program.

Perhaps best of all, you will be part of a small cohort of talented women leaders who will cheer on your success, and become a supportive community to nurture your growth into the future.
